Subscription Management

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel any time from the cancellation hub. Go to /cancellation, enter the email associated with your account, and schedule your cancellation.

Cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle — your subscription stays active until the end of the current period.

If you need help, email support@clarityscanner.com with your account email and a clear cancellation request. A representative will process it within 1–2 business days.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

The trial fee is refundable only if requested within 7 days and no credits have been used. Regular subscriptions are non-refundable except for service unavailability over 24 hours or billing errors. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

I didn’t authorize a subscription or recurring charge

Contact support@clarityscanner.com immediately with the charge date, amount, and the email used. We’ll verify the transaction and respond within 1–2 business days.

Where is my refund?

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. If you don’t see it after that window, contact your bank, then reach out to support@clarityscanner.com so we can verify the transaction.

How does the subscription work?

You start with a 7-day trial for $1 that includes lookup credits. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at $29.99 / month unless you cancel before the trial ends.

What is ClarityScanner allowed to be used for?

ClarityScanner is for personal, informational use only. Use it to verify the identity of a caller, check who’s behind a number, or confirm details before engaging with someone you don’t know.

What is ClarityScanner NOT for?

Do not use the service to stalk, harass, dox, or attempt to track or monitor any person. We do not offer facial recognition, identity verification, real-time location/GPS, device monitoring, or access to private accounts or communications.

Do not use ClarityScanner to make decisions regulated by the FCRA — credit, insurance, employment, housing, or tenant screening.
