What happens when you cancel

- At the end of your current billing period. You keep full access — including any unused credits — until then, and your plan simply doesn't renew.
- Will I be charged again after I cancel?
- No. Once your cancellation is confirmed, no further charges are made. If you cancel during your trial, you keep access until the trial ends and are never charged.
- How long is the cancellation link valid?
- The confirmation link we email you is valid for 24 hours and can be used once. If it expires, just request a new one from this page.
- Do I need to contact support to cancel?
- No — cancelling is fully self-serve on this page. If anything goes wrong, email support@clarityscanner.com and a representative will confirm your cancellation in writing within 1–2 business days.
